½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large onion
1 medium red bell pepper, quartered
1 medium green bell pepper, quartered
1 (8 ounce) package fajita-sized flour tortillas

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic

2 lbs. flank steak and/or shrimp
1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
