- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 Pan
- 2. In large mixer bowl beat eggs, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to eggs and mix well; fold in cheese, cottage cheese and chiles. Pour in to greased pan.
- 3. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into small squares.
MOO'S CHILI CHEESE SQUARES

- beat eggs lightly, blend in salt, baking powder, flour and tabasco add cottage cheese and shredded jack cheese and melted butter, Mix until just blended. Gently fold in green chiliies with spatula Pour mixture into a 9 1/2 X 13" baking pan. Bake @ 400 for 15 min. then reduce temp. to 350 and bake for about 40 min. more (test center for doneness, knife should come out clean.) cut into squares serve hot or room temp. can be made ahead and refrigerated over night, just add a few minutes to the cooking time.

- 1. Butter or spray a 9X13(or similar size)baking dish
- 2. Mix the ortega chili's with the Jalapenos and spread half the mixture on the bottom of the baking dish
