super moist, more dense than regular brownies. But rich and not super sweet. Use good quality chocolate!! Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done for extra sweetness. Also good with nuts mixed in!

Tips:

  • Use canned chickpeas. They are more convenient than dried chickpeas, which require soaking and cooking.
  • Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly before using them. This will remove any excess salt or starch.
  • Mash the chickpeas until they are very smooth. This will help to create a fudgy brownie texture.
  • Use a food processor or high-powered blender to make the chickpea mixture as smooth as possible.
  • Add a little bit of baking powder to the brownie batter. This will help the brownies to rise and become fluffy.
  • Do not over-mix the brownie batter. Over-mixing can result in tough, dense brownies.
  • Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Over-baking can result in dry, crumbly brownies.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Chickpea chocolate brownies are a delicious and healthy treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are made with simple ingredients that are easily accessible, and they are a great way to sneak some extra nutrients into your diet. These brownies are fudgy, moist, and packed with chocolate flavor, and they are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
