CHICKEN WITH DRIED CRANBERRIES AND TARRAGON
My son just brought me a bottle of verjuice. I wasted the last one, so went to the web to find out how to use this bottle. It seems you can just try using it in place of vinegar, lemon or fruity wine. This recipe is good,it's from a Canadian site.

Tips:
- Choose the right chicken: For this recipe, boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work best.
- Use fresh cranberries: Dried cranberries can be used, but fresh cranberries will give the dish a brighter, tarter flavor.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When searing the chicken, make sure to give each piece enough space so that it can brown evenly. If you overcrowd the pan, the chicken will steam instead of sear.
- Cook the chicken all the way through: Use a meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Don't overcook the chicken: Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough. Cook it just until it is cooked through.
- Add the cranberries and tarragon at the end: This will help to preserve their flavor and prevent them from becoming overcooked.
- Serve immediately: This dish is best served hot, so make sure to serve it as soon as it is finished cooking.
Conclusion:
This chicken with dried cranberries and tarragon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the cranberries and tarragon add a bright, tarty flavor. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
