2/3 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed and drained
4 applewood-smoked bacon slices, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped onion

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 1/4 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1/2 cup)
