Tips:

  • Mise en Place: As with all stir-fries, having all of your ingredients prepped and ready to go before you start cooking is essential. This will ensure that your stir-fry cooks evenly and quickly.
  • Use a well-seasoned wok or large skillet: A well-seasoned wok or large skillet will help to prevent the chicken and vegetables from sticking. If you don't have a wok, a large skillet will work just fine.
  • Cook the chicken in batches: If you're using a small wok or skillet, you may need to cook the chicken in batches. This will help to prevent the chicken from overcrowding the pan and steaming instead of frying.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken cooks quickly, so it's important to not overcook it. Otherwise, it will become tough and dry.
  • Add the vegetables at the end: The vegetables in this stir-fry cook quickly, so they should be added towards the end of the cooking process. This will help to ensure that they retain their鮮豔色彩 and texture.
  • Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what really brings this stir-fry together. Be sure to use a sauce that you enjoy and that complements the flavors of the chicken and vegetables.

Conclusion:

This chicken walnut stir-fry is a delicious and easy weeknight meal. It's packed with flavor and can be tailored to your own preferences. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dinner, give this stir-fry a try. You won't be disappointed!
