2 tsp mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
1/3 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
1 egg, hard boiled and halved
1 tbsp green onion, sliced on the diagonal
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional garnish)
1/2 tsp sriracha sauce (optional garnish)
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional garnish)
