Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The fresher and better the quality of your ingredients, the more delicious your dish will be. Try to use organic or free-range chicken, fresh spinach, and flavorful lemons.
  • Marinate the chicken: Marinating the chicken in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs will help to tenderize and infuse it with flavor.
  • Cook the rice perfectly: Fluffy and well-cooked rice is essential for this dish. Be sure to rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking and use the correct ratio of water to rice.
  • Don't overcook the spinach: Spinach cooks very quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Wilted spinach is fine, but mushy spinach is not.
  • Add the lemon juice at the end: Adding the lemon juice at the end of the cooking process will help to preserve its bright, fresh flavor.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked, while the rice is still hot and fluffy and the spinach is still bright green.
