1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
1 package (14 ounces) coleslaw mix
2/3 cup mayonnaise
12 whole wheat pita pocket halves

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix oil, thyme, paprika, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon salt until blended. Add chicken; toss to coat.
