Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling around the kitchen.
  • Use a large skillet: A large skillet will give you plenty of room to cook the chicken sausage, gnocchi, and vegetables without overcrowding them.
  • Cook the chicken sausage first: This will help to render out the fat and give the sausage a nice caramelized flavor.
  • Add the gnocchi in batches: Don't overcrowd the skillet with gnocchi, or they will stick together and become mushy. Cook them in batches, if necessary.
  • Use a gentle touch: When stirring the gnocchi, be careful not to break them up. Use a gentle touch and stir them gently.
  • Add the vegetables towards the end of cooking: This will help to keep them crisp and flavorful.
  • Season to taste: Taste the dish before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed.

Conclusion:

This chicken sausage and gnocchi skillet is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight. It is packed with flavor and nutrition, and it is sure to please the whole family. With a few simple tips, you can make this dish even more delicious.
