3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice

SALAD:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (8 ounces each )
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon pepper
5 cups torn romaine
1 medium sweet red pepper
2 cups chopped peeled mangoes
3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/4 cup minced seeded jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
