CHICKEN, BACON, RANCH PIZZA
I got the inspiration for this recipe from Papa John's chicken bacon ranch pizza. It's our favorite, so I tried re creating it at home. It turned out great! Enjoy. p.s. This is not a healthy recipe but it sure is delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Roll out pizza dough onto your pizza pan or cookie sheet. Prepare sauce.
- In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Mix in the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the cream and garlic powder. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer, stirring often. If sauce seems too thin, sprinkle in some flour 1 teaspoon at a time. Cook and stir for desired consistency. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. You should have a nice creamy alfredo sauce for the pizza.
- Spread your ranch dressing on your dough first, next spread your alfredo sauce on the dough.
- Sprinkle half of your mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Add your shredded chicken, bacon and chopped onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 425 on the bottom rack of oven for 20 minutes or until crust appears done on the bottom.
- Assuming that everyone eats two pieces each, this makes 4 servings. Otherwise it makes 8.

DOUBLE-RANCH PIZZA WITH CHICKEN AND BACON
This pizza is fast to make when using rotisserie chicken, and prepared pizza dough. For an even quicker preparation use already cooked bacon crumbles. I cook my pizza in a cast iron skillet for a slight crunch to my dough. Serve with a small salad if desired.

It soaks up the flavor from the ranch seasoning, onions, and sun-dried tomatoes. Adding bacon is sort of equivalent to a cherry on top. So...

Tips:
- For a crispy pizza crust, preheat your oven to the highest temperature possible before baking the pizza.
- Use a pizza stone or baking sheet to bake the pizza. This will help to evenly distribute the heat and create a crispy crust.
- If you don't have a pizza stone or baking sheet, you can also bake the pizza on a greased baking sheet.
- Be sure to use a good quality mozzarella cheese. This will help to create a gooey, melted cheese that will hold the pizza together.
- Don't overload the pizza with toppings. This will make it soggy and difficult to cook.
- If you're using fresh vegetables, be sure to wash and dry them thoroughly before adding them to the pizza.
- Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Conclusion:
Chicken ranch pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.
