1 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp cheap bottle chardonnay ( i use tisdale )
1 clove chopped garlic ( i buy 2 in a box )
1 chopped ( into 1/2 rings ) yellow onion
1-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tsp brown sugar
1/8-1/4 c red wine vinegar
1-2 tsp black pepper
1 clove chopped garlic
1-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2. Cook Penne noodles according to box directions. Cook broccoli according to package directions Take all alfredo sauce ingredients and place into medium sauce pan. 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup butter, 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chardonnay, 1 clove garlic-chopped and cook on low-medium heat until cheese is melted and contents are warmed thoroughly (constantly stirring so NOT to burn cheese too bottom of sauce pan) Take 1/2 ring onion and saute in small frying pan with evoo and brown sugar until carmelized (browned thoroughly)
  • 3. Cut up cooked chicken into strips, pour alfredo sauce onto penne noodles add chicken strips and serve on plate or in a bowl and garnish with chopped tomatoes, onions and broccoli ENJOY!!!!

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. Use fresh chicken, flavorful cheese, and a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce.
  • Cook the chicken properly: Chicken should be cooked through but not overcooked. Overcooked chicken will be tough and dry.
  • Make sure the Alfredo sauce is smooth and creamy: A good Alfredo sauce should be smooth and creamy, with no lumps. If your sauce is too thick, add a little milk or cream. If it's too thin, simmer it for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Don't skimp on the cheese: Cheese is what makes Alfredo sauce so delicious. Use a good quality Parmesan cheese and add it liberally to the sauce.
  • Serve immediately: Chicken Alfredo is best served immediately after it's made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become soggy if it sits for too long.

Conclusion:

Chicken Alfredo is a classic pasta dish that's easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. With a few simple tips, you can make a delicious Chicken Alfredo that your family and friends will love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, give Chicken Alfredo a try.
