Tips:

- Choose Ripe Avocados: Use ripe avocados for a creamier and more flavorful guacamole. Look for avocados that are slightly soft when pressed gently.
- Toast the Pecans: Toasting the pecans enhances their flavor and adds a nice crunch to the wrap. You can toast them in a pan over medium heat or in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
- Make the Guacamole: Combine the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, onion, and salt in a bowl and mash until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Cook the Chicken: You can use grilled, roasted, or pan-fried chicken for this recipe. Make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly before assembling the wraps.
- Assemble the Wraps: Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread some guacamole on it. Top with the chicken, bacon, lettuce, and pecans. Fold the tortilla in half or roll it up tightly.
- Serve Immediately: Chicken pecan wraps are best served immediately after assembly. You can cut them in half or serve them whole, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauce.
