CHICKEN PACKETS (OAMC)
Another Once a month meal that's sure to please. My little girl likes these because they pick up easily in her hands! *I revised this recipe based on several folks pointing out that I had made a mistake on the amount of cream cheese. Thank you so much for the input!

ISLAND CHICKEN PACKET
We often buy Hawaiian chicken grillers at the local grocer store. These are a lot better, and cheaper too. A dash of cinnamon spices it up a bit. You can throw these on the grill also.

Tips:
- Choose the right chicken breasts. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are the best choice for this recipe, as they cook evenly and quickly.
- Use a variety of vegetables. This recipe is a great way to use up leftover vegetables, so feel free to add whatever you have on hand. Some good options include broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and bell peppers.
- Season the chicken and vegetables well. A simple combination of salt, pepper, and garlic powder is all you need to make the chicken and vegetables taste delicious.
- Don't overcrowd the foil packets. If you overcrowd the foil packets, the chicken and vegetables won't cook evenly. Aim for about 1 pound of chicken and 1 cup of vegetables per packet.
- Seal the foil packets tightly. You want to make sure that the foil packets are sealed tightly so that the steam can't escape. If the packets are not sealed tightly, the chicken and vegetables won't cook properly.
- Cook the foil packets at a high temperature. This will help to ensure that the chicken and vegetables cook quickly and evenly.
- Let the foil packets rest for a few minutes before opening. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken and vegetables.
Conclusion:
Chicken packets are a quick, easy, and delicious way to cook chicken and vegetables. They're perfect for busy weeknights or for when you're entertaining guests. With a little planning, you can have a delicious meal on the table in no time.
