8 to 10 chicken thighs, skinned
2 tablespoons crushed dried oregano
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large lemons
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

¼ cup olive oil
½ lemon, juiced

Steps:
