Tips:
- Choose the right chicken. For this recipe, boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work best. If you're using chicken breasts, slice them into 1-inch pieces. If you're using chicken thighs, bone and skin them first, then cut them into 1-inch pieces.
- Use fresh ingredients. The fresher the ingredients, the better your dish will taste. This is especially true for the tomatoes and basil.
- Don't overcrowd the pan. When you're cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly.
- Cook the chicken until it's cooked through. The chicken is cooked through when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add the sauce and cheese. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the sauce and cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.
- Serve immediately. Chicken Napoli is best served immediately, over pasta or rice.
Conclusion:
Chicken Napoli is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight meal. It's also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavorful and satisfying meal that the whole family will enjoy.
