Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and ensure that you don't forget anything important.
  • Choose the Right Chicken: For this recipe, boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work best. If you're using chicken breasts, you may need to pound them thin to ensure even cooking.
  • Season the Chicken Generously: Don't be afraid to season the chicken generously with salt and pepper. This will help to enhance the flavor of the dish.
  • Cook the Chicken Thoroughly: Make sure to cook the chicken until it is cooked through. This will help to ensure that it is safe to eat and that it is tender and juicy.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Pan: When cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
  • Use a Good Quality Sour Cream: The quality of the sour cream you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish. Choose a sour cream that is thick and creamy.
  • Serve the Chicken with Your Favorite Sides: This chicken dish can be served with a variety of sides, such as rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
