1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¾ cup orange juice
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup minced green onions

Steps:

  • Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the carrots and celery and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil, then add the chicken and stir fry for 5 more minutes.

3/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 carrot, diagonally sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 cup frozen pea pods, thawed
1/2 cup cashews (or peanuts)

Steps:
