4 pound whole chicken (thawed)
1 medium onion (chopped roughly)
4 large stalks celery (chopped roughly)
4 large carrots (chopped roughly)
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
Salt and pepper
2 cups chicken stock
16 ounces egg noodles
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk (anything but skim milk)

Steps:

  • Clean and wash chicken and place in a very large pot with onion, celery, carrots, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Cover with water and place the lid on top.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups flour, sifted
1 small onion, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
3 cups oil, divided
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Steps:

  • Bring broth to boil in large saucepan; gradually stir in flour. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until mixture forms stiff dough that pulls away from side of pan, stirring constantly. Cool.

Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken. Look for a chicken that is free-range and organic, if possible. This will ensure that the chicken has been raised in a healthy environment and has been fed a nutritious diet.
  • Use a variety of cooking methods. Don't just stick to one cooking method for your chicken. Try roasting, baking, grilling, or frying to create different flavors and textures.
  • Season your chicken well. Don't be afraid to use a variety of herbs and spices to flavor your chicken. This will help to enhance the natural flavor of the chicken and make it more delicious.
  • Don't overcook your chicken. Chicken is a delicate meat, and it can easily be overcooked. Be sure to cook it to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure that it is safe to eat and still juicy.
  • Let your chicken rest before serving. Once you have cooked your chicken, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it more flavorful and tender.

Conclusion:

Chicken is a versatile and delicious meat that can be enjoyed in many different ways. By following these tips, you can create delicious chicken dishes that your family and friends will love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, try one of these chicken recipes. You won't be disappointed!
