3 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon diced pimientos
1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in chicken, milk, onion and pimientos. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into four rectangles; place on an ungreased baking sheet an press perforations together. , Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle. Bring edges up to the center and pinch to seal. Brush with remaining butter; sprinkle with crumbs. , Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups cooked cubed boneless chicken or 2 (5 ounce) cans boneless chicken
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped olive (optional)
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
3/4 cup crushed crouton

Steps:

  • Blend cream cheese with 2 Tbsp butter until smooth.

2 cups cooked cubed boneless chicken

1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 cups lightly steamed chopped broccoli

Steps:

  • Blend cream cheese with butter.

6 tablespoons butter
4 cups cooked cubed boneless chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 (8 ounce) cans crescent rolls

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and set aside 2 T. for later.
  • Blend softened cream cheese and remaining butter until smooth. Add all but last two ingredients and stir together.
  • Separate crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles and pinch together the perforations between triangles in each.
  • Spoon 1/8 of meat mixture into center of each rectangle. For each, pull the 4 corners of dough together at the top and twist. Seal edges by pinching dough together.
  • Use reserved butter to brush each stuffed square, then sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tbsp butter, softened
2 c cubed cooked chicken
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives or onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp milk
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 can(s) (8 oz) pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 c seasoned croutons, crushed

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and 1 tablespoon softened butter; beat until smooth. Add chicken, chives, salt, pepper, milk and pecans; mix well.

3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp milk
2 c cooked cubed/shredded chicken
1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
1/4 Tbsp each onion powder & garlic powder (or more - to taste)
1 (8 oz.) pkg crescent rolls
1 can(s) cornbread stuffing, crushed
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can(s) milk

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl blend softened cream cheese, melted butter & milk. Mix in chicken & seasonings. Seperate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Firmly press performations to seal. Spoon 1/2 C. mixture into the center of each roll. Pull four corners of roll to the top center and twist slightly to seal. Press edges together to seal sides. Place in greased 9×13. Spray tops w/ cooking spray and sprinkle crushed stuffing/croutons on top. Bake @ 350 for 25 min, uncovered. Top w/ gravy or soup mixture, and more crushed croutons/stuffing and bake an addition 10-15 min.
  • 2. *I made a chicken gravy for this. I used about 1 C. chicken broth (heated on stovetop). Mix 1/2 C. milk with 1/4 C. flour - whisk or use a "shaker" to blend. Pour slowly into broth to make gravy thicken. OR you can mix a can of cream of mushroom soup w/ about a half can of milk for a quick gravy.

  • 1. Blend cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix. Separate rolls ito 4 rectangles, seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 c chicken into center of each rectangle, pull corners of dough to center. Seal. Brush tops with melted margarine and sprinkle on crushed seasoned croutons. Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet 20-25 minutes or until golden.
