CHICKEN CONTINENTAL
My mother found this recipe on the can of cream of chicken soup about 35 years ago. She used to make it for Sunday dinners and it was a family favorite. I don't know if the name is made up or if it was the original name on the can of soup. I have seen and tasted similar versions to this, but this is the original and best tasting. It may be a tad more prep time, but well worth the effort.

Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and tools you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. If possible, use organic, free-range, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When searing the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly.
- Cook the chicken to the proper internal temperature: Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken rest before serving: After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
Conclusion:
