3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika, plus more for sprinkling
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Place the green beans in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1/4 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt, cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave until tender, about 5 minutes. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing, divided
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup crushed saltines (about 30 crackers), divided
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter
1 envelope white sauce mix
2 cups milk
2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Ground nutmeg, optional

  • Flatten chicken to 1/8-in. thickness. Place in a resealable plastic bag; add 1/4 cup salad dressing.
