Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken. Ground chicken breast is the leanest and healthiest option, but it can be a bit dry. Ground chicken thigh is more flavorful and juicy, but it is also higher in fat. A combination of the two is a good compromise.
  • Don't overmix the chicken. Overmixing can make the chicken tough. Mix the chicken just until it is combined.
  • Use fresh, ripe fruit for the salsa. The fresher the fruit, the better the salsa will be. Ripe fruit is also sweeter and more flavorful.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the salsa to your taste. If you like spicy salsa, add a jalapeño or two. If you prefer mild salsa, omit the jalapeños.
  • Serve the chicken burgers with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, and cheese.

Conclusion:

Chicken burgers with fresh fruit salsa are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy a summer meal. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. So fire up the grill and give this recipe a try!
