Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and ensure that your stir-fry is cooked evenly.
  • Use a Wok or Large Skillet: A wok or large skillet is essential for stir-fries. It allows you to cook the ingredients quickly and evenly.
  • High Heat: Stir-fries are cooked over high heat. This helps to sear the ingredients and create a flavorful crust.
  • Stir Constantly: Stir your ingredients constantly to prevent them from burning. This will also help to ensure that they are cooked evenly.
  • Don't Overcook: Stir-fries are best when the ingredients are cooked quickly and still retain their crunch. Overcooked vegetables will become mushy and lose their flavor.
  • Add Sauce Last: Add your sauce last, once the ingredients are cooked. This will help to prevent the sauce from burning.
  • Serve Immediately: Stir-fries are best served immediately after they are cooked. This will ensure that they are hot and flavorful.

Conclusion:

The chicken, broccoli, and cashew stir-fry is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
