Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh chicken, string beans, and other vegetables will give your stir-fry the best flavor.
  • Marinate the chicken: Marinating the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and ginger will help to tenderize it and add flavor.
  • Cut the vegetables into uniform pieces: This will help them to cook evenly.
  • Stir-fry the chicken and vegetables over high heat: This will help to create a nice sear on the chicken and prevent the vegetables from becoming overcooked.
  • Add the sauce at the end of cooking: This will help to prevent it from burning.
  • Serve the stir-fry immediately: Stir-fry is best served hot and fresh.

Conclusion:

Chicken and string bean stir-fry is a quick and easy meal that is packed with flavor. It is a great way to use up leftover chicken and vegetables. This dish can be served with rice, noodles, or even cauliflower rice. It is also a great option for a healthy and delicious lunch or dinner.
