Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh chicken, cheese, and vegetables will give your flautas the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough. Cook it until it is just cooked through.
  • Use a good quality cheese: A good quality cheese will melt smoothly and evenly. Avoid using pre-shredded cheese, as it doesn't melt as well.
  • Don't overfill the flautas: Overfilling them will make them difficult to roll and seal. Aim for about 1/4 cup of filling per flauta.
  • Use a hot skillet: A hot skillet will help to seal the flautas and prevent them from sticking.
  • Serve the flautas with your favorite dipping sauce: Some popular options include salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.

Conclusion:

Chicken and cheese flautas are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or potlucks. With a few simple tips, you can make the best chicken and cheese flautas that everyone will love.
