butter: 1 tablespoon
onion, finely chopped: 1 medium
garlic, minced: 2 cloves
cream cheese, softened: 1/2 (8 ounce) package
ricotta cheese: 1/4 cup
mustard: 1 tablespoon
cubed cooked chicken breast: 2 cups
dried basil leaves: 1 teaspoon
frozen puff pastry, thawed: 2 sheets
egg, beaten: 1

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
