1 cup creamy natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
1/2 cup honey
3 cups rolled oats

Steps:

  • Line the bottom of an 8 inch by 8 inch (can also use a 9 x 9) baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Add peanut butter and honey into a large bowl. Place into microwave and heat at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the two ingredients are melted and smoothly blended together. You can also do this on the stove using the double boiler method.
  • Add rolled oats. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Spread evenly into prepared pan. Apply some light pressure across the surface. Place bars into fridge to set (at least 1 hour). Cut into bars with a sharp knife. Store uneaten bars at room temperature or in the fridge.

⅓ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square pan.
  • Combine oats, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Whisk milk, eggs, canola oil, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl. 1 cup almond butter
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup brown rice cereal
½ cup slivered almond
½ cup dried cranberry
½ cup dark chocolate
¼ cup dark chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
  • Combine wet ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Then add in all the remaining dry ingredients.
  • Add mixture into a 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan lined with greased parchment paper. Firmly press down mixture until it is one smooth layer. (If you grease the spatula as well it will prevent the mixture from sticking to it!)
  • Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle top with melted dark chocolate. Chill for 30 minutes, or until dark chocolate is solid.
  • Cut into 8 equal pieces.
  • Wrap each bar in parchment paper or foil.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup raisins or 1 cup diced dried mixed fruit

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat together sugars and margarine until well blended.

2 teaspoons sweet n low brown sugar substitute (optional)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites or 1 egg
2 tablespoons nonfat milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
3 cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup diced dried mixed fruit or 1 cup raisins (optional)
powdered sugar, glaze (optional)
cinnamon (for sprinkling) (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line cookie sheets with parchment.
  • You only need 2.
  • In large bowl, beat sugars and applesauce until well blended.

  • I suggest using my Splenda Powdered Sugar Glaze.
