Tips:

  • Use fresh and high-quality ingredients: Fresh and high-quality ingredients will result in better-tasting bread rings.
  • Activate the yeast properly: Proof the yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar before adding it to the dough. This will help ensure that the yeast is active and will help the bread rise properly.
  • Knead the dough properly: Kneading the dough helps develop the gluten, which will result in a chewier bread. Knead the dough for at least 5-7 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place: Place the dough in a warm place, such as a turned-off oven, to help it rise. Cover the dough with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
  • Shape the dough into rings: Once the dough has risen, divide it into equal pieces and shape each piece into a ring. Place the rings on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake the bread rings: Bake the bread rings in a preheated oven until they are golden brown and cooked through.
