Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat to 350.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon on foil lined cookie sheet and flaten.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Tips:

- For chewier cookies, use light brown sugar instead of granulated sugar. - To add a little extra flavor, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract or almond extract to the dough. - If you don't have a cookie scoop, you can use a tablespoon to measure out the dough. Just be sure to level off the tablespoon with a knife so that the cookies are all the same size. - Bake the cookies until the edges are just starting to brown. If you overbake them, they will be dry and crumbly. - Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help them to keep their shape.
