2 c cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 c green grapes
3 sprig(s) spring onions
3 sprig(s) cilantro, fresh
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
TO GARNISH
1 tsp powdered parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped walnuts

1/4 cup canola oil
