1 pint of cherry tomatoes
1 ripe mango
about 1/3 cup of feta cheese (reserve 1/2 teaspoon for dressing)
for the dressing:
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar
1/2 half teaspoon of feta cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps:
