1 - 20 ounce(s) can pineapple rings, drained
1 - 20 ounce(s) can sugar free cherries pie filling
1 - 18.25 ounce(s) package yellow cake mix, sugar free
1/2 cup(s) butter, sliced into pats

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place pineapple rings in bottom of prepared baking dish. Spoon cherry pie filling over top and sprinkle with dry cake mix. Top with butter pats.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly; serve warm.

3 1/2 cups pitted, frozen cherries, thawed and drained reserving juice
1 (8 ounce) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained reserving juice
1/3 cup water
4 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine, melted
2 teaspoons honey
1/3 cup half-and-half
1 egg
whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lightly butter a 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
  • Combine cherry juice, pineapple juice and water in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  • Add cornstarch and shake until well blended.
  • Pour into a med size saucepan.
  • Add cherries, pineapple and honey.
  • Cook over med heat until thick and bubbly.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Sift together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • Add butter, honey, half& half and egg.
  • Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Pour cherry mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Place 6 even spoonfuls of dough over fruit.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until topping is slightly browned.
  • Serve topped with whipped cream.

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 (15 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter

Steps:

  • Pour pineapple chunks and cherry pie filling into the bottom of a 9x11 pan. you can mix them, or leave as they are.
  • sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.
  • cut butter into pats and place on top of the cake mix, spacing them kinda evenly.

1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spoon pineapple evenly over bottom of 9 X 13 pan.
  • Cover the pineapple with cherry pie filling.
