1 cup canned cherry pie filling
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or light ice cream, softened slightly
1 cup nondairy whipped topping or whipped cream
8 tablespoons candied nuts (pecans, walnuts, peanuts)

Steps:

  • Fill 1/2 cup pie filling into 4 tall glasses. Top with 1/2 cup frozen yogurt. Top with remaining pie filling and remaining yogurt and spoon whipped topping over the top. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.

1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
½ (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste

Steps:

  • Pour the evaporated milk and dry pudding mix into a container with a lid, seal it, and shake for 45 seconds to combine. Let the pudding set for 5 minutes.

Cheesecake layer:
6 oz light cream cheese
3/4 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

1/3 cup sugar

3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup non-dairy frozen whipped topping
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling, divided
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust

  • 1. In small saucepan combine water and lemon juice. Sprinkle gelatin over water mixture. Let stand for 5 minuteS. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Set aside.2. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Beat until combined.
