1 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (28-ounce) can cherry pie filling

  • To make sure the crust is golden brown and cooked through, bake it for 10-12 minutes before adding the filling.
  • Let the cherry delight dessert cool completely before serving. This will help the filling set and make it easier to slice.
  • Serve the cherry delight dessert with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
