Tips:
- Use fresh cherries. Fresh cherries will give your chimis the best flavor. If you can't find fresh cherries, you can use frozen or canned cherries, but they won't be as flavorful.
- Pit the cherries before using them. You can use a cherry pitter to make this task easier.
- Don't overcook the chimis. Chimis are best when they are cooked just until the cherries are soft and the filling is bubbly.
- Serve the chimis warm. Chimis are best served warm, but they can also be served cold.
- Top the chimis with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include whipped cream, ice cream, and chocolate syrup.
