Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken: For the best results, use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. If using frozen chicken, thaw it completely before cooking.
  • Use a large skillet: A large skillet will allow the chicken to cook evenly and prevent overcrowding.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet: If the skillet is too crowded, the chicken will not cook evenly.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat: Medium heat will help to prevent the chicken from burning.
  • Stir the chicken frequently: Stirring the chicken frequently will help to ensure that it cooks evenly.
  • Use a meat thermometer: The best way to tell if the chicken is cooked through is to use a meat thermometer. Chicken is safe to eat when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken rest: After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute, resulting in more tender and flavorful chicken.

Cherokee Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. With its simple ingredients and straightforward instructions, this recipe is sure to become a family favorite. So next time you're looking for a quick and tasty meal, give Cherokee Chicken a try.
