Tips:

  • Choose the right Brussels sprouts: Look for firm, brightly colored sprouts with tightly closed leaves.
  • Trim the Brussels sprouts: Remove any yellow or wilted leaves and trim the stem end.
  • Roast the Brussels sprouts at a high temperature: This will help them caramelize and get crispy.
  • Toss the Brussels sprouts with oil and seasonings before roasting: This will help them evenly brown and develop flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the Brussels sprouts in the pan: This will prevent them from roasting evenly.
  • Roast the Brussels sprouts until they are tender and slightly charred: This will take about 20-25 minutes.
