CHEESY CHEDDAR BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
People who don't even usually like broccoli casserole beg me to make this comforting broccoli cheese casserole recipe. It's similar to a classic green bean casserole, but the melted cheese just puts it over the top. -Elaine Hubbard, Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania

AWESOME BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE
My mom used to make this easy recipe every Thanksgiving when I was little. We kids could never get enough! It was our very favorite Thanksgiving vegetable. If you have children, or have some coming to visit you as guests this Thanksgiving, I guarantee that they will eat (and enjoy) this veggie dish! Even though I rarely cook with canned condensed soups, I still make this yummy broccoli casserole during the holiday season. It's fabulous with a Christmas ham and potatoes au gratin too. Mmmmmmm!

Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

CHEEZ IT BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
This is for me, the traditional easy, but tried and true, non-Cheez Whiz, non Velveeta, just good on-hand shredded cheese, with Cheez It crazers broccoli casserole. I had somewhat of a hard time finding it on the web and just that I would post it to make it easy for others. Someone suggested Au Gratin Potatoes with it so I think that's what I'm going to make tomorrow with my Thanksgiving Dinner, which I regretably missed due to sinus/allergy illness. Looking forward to the make-up meal with those I love. Thanks to all of you for your contributions to this website. This is my favorite recipe website and I use it very often.

Tips:
- Use fresh broccoli: Fresh broccoli florets are best for this recipe. If you're using frozen broccoli, be sure to thaw it completely and drain it well before using.
- Don't overcook the broccoli: Broccoli should be cooked until it's tender-crisp, not mushy. Overcooked broccoli will make the casserole soggy.
- Use a good quality cheese: The type of cheese you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the casserole. I recommend using a sharp cheddar cheese or a combination of cheddar and mozzarella.
- Don't skimp on the Cheez-Its: Cheez-Its are what make this casserole unique. Be sure to use enough of them to give the casserole a nice cheesy flavor.
- Season the casserole well: Be sure to season the casserole with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. You can also add other seasonings, such as onion powder, paprika, or cayenne pepper, to taste.
Conclusion:
Cheez-It Broccoli Casserole is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight meal. It's also a great way to use up leftover broccoli. The casserole is cheesy, flavorful, and satisfying. It's sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
