1-1/2 cups cubed peeled potatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced fresh carrots
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1/4 pound process cheese (Velveeta), cubed

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender., In a small bowl, combine flour and milk until smooth. Stir into vegetable mixture. 10 oz bag frozen green beans
1 cup frozen corn
3 potatoes (peeled and diced)

1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese ((if you want extra creamy, use Velveeta))
pepper to taste
fresh parsley (optional)

Steps:

  • Bring your vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Add green beans, corn, potatoes and carrots to the pot and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
2 cups coarsely chopped broccoli
3/4 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 large egg yolk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1/4 teaspoon paprika
