~ CHEESY STUFFED SHELLS ~
My family love these shells over the meat filled version. Any cheeses would work, according to your liking. I switch them up at times, but always come back to our original version. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Prepare shells per box directions. Al dente works great, rinse. In a medium bowl, mix together the cheeses. Beat eggs lightly and stir them in along with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- 2. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Using a casserole dish, spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of dish. Evenly stuff each shell and lay cheese side up into dish, until full. You may need to use another dish. Continue until cheese is gone. If you have extra noodles, I just fill in the crack with them.
- 3. Ladle sauce across the middle of each shell, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle the top with more mozzarella. Place back into oven until cheese is melted and pasta bubbling. I usually heat up extra sauce and serve with.
Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the overall flavor of your dish.
- Don't overcook the pasta shells: They should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite.
- Use a variety of cheeses in your filling: This will create a more complex and flavorful dish.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different fillings: You can use anything from ground beef to sausage to vegetables.
- Make sure your sauce is flavorful and well-seasoned: The sauce is what will bring all the flavors of the dish together.
- Serve the stuffed shells immediately after baking: This will ensure that they are hot and gooey.
Conclusion:
Cheesy stuffed shells are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion. With a little planning and preparation, you can easily create a delicious and satisfying meal that everyone will love.
