Tips:

  • To make the best meatballs, use a combination of ground beef and ground pork. This will give them a more flavorful and juicy texture.
  • Be sure to season the meatballs well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. This will help them develop a delicious crust when they are browned.
  • Brown the meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from sticking to the pan.
  • Once the meatballs are browned, add them to a large pot of beef broth. Bring the broth to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the meatballs to cook through and absorb the flavor of the broth.
  • Add your favorite vegetables to the soup. Some good options include carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes.
  • Season the soup to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. You can also add a bay leaf or two for extra flavor.
