1/2 onion, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder,

3/4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Place the potatoes, carrot and onion in a 2.5 quart lightly greased casserole dish. Add the oil, house seasoning and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat well then dot the potatoes with the butter. 1 lb loose mild Italian sausage
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
