2 lbs hash brown potatoes (in refrigerator section at grocery store)
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 dish with oil.
  • Set aside 1 cup of shredded cheese.

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry

1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
1 pound cooked ham, cubed
½ (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk

1 (2 lb) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup melted butter
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (you can also sub cream of mushroom)
12 -16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, to taste
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 cups corn flakes cereal, crushed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly grease one 13x9 baking dish.

1 pkg Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
1 can(s) Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3/4 c Sour Cream
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1/4 c Butter, Melted
1 1/2 c Corn Flakes, Coarsely Crushed
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2-quart glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. If doubling the recipe, use a 9x13 baking dish.
  • 2. In large bowl combine hash browns with the next 5 ingredients; mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish.
  • 3. In small bowl stir together the corn flakes and 2 Tbls. melted butter. Spread topping evenly over hash browns.
  • 4. Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
