1 15.5oz. can sloppy joe mix
1 15oz. can chili with beans
1/2 pkg (30oz.) frozen country style shredded hashbrowns (4 cups)
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded (8oz.)

Tips:

  • Don't overcook the hash browns. Overcooked hash browns will become mushy and lose their flavor.
  • Use a variety of cheeses. Using a mix of cheeses will give your chili a more complex and flavorful taste.
  • Add some spice. If you like your chili spicy, add some diced jalapeños or a teaspoon of chili powder.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings for chili include sour cream, shredded cheese, diced onions, and crushed tortilla chips.
