Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese. Top evenly with the onion mixture and the pepperoni.

CHEESY BROCCOLI AND TOMATO FLATBREAD
Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees . Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and onion; saute 5 minutes, until 2. Place crust on a baking sheet. Scatter 3/4 cup of the cheese on top. Distribute tomato slices and broccoli mixture on top, then scatter remaining 3/4 cup cheese over it. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Slice into 6 pieces.
Tips:
- For a crispy flatbread, use a pizza stone or baking sheet. If you don't have one, you can use a regular baking sheet, but make sure to preheat it in the oven before adding the flatbread.
- If you want a more flavorful flatbread, try using a flavored oil or butter to brush the crust. You can also add herbs, spices, or chopped vegetables to the dough before baking.
- For a more cheesy flatbread, use a combination of different cheeses. You can also add grated Parmesan cheese to the top of the flatbread before baking.
- If you want a flatbread with a chewy crust, use a sourdough starter or yeast in the dough. You can also let the dough rise for a longer period of time before baking.
- To make sure your flatbread is cooked through, bake it until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cheesy flatbread is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed as an appetizer, main course, or snack. It's easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a few simple tips, you can make a cheesy flatbread that's sure to impress your friends and family.
