1-1/2 cups small broccoli florets
1-1/4 cups water
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Grill sausage as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, bring broccoli and water to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Add VELVEETA; mix well. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Stir rice mixture until VELVEETA is completely melted.

2 cups water
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
