Tips:

  • Use a good quality ham: A flavorful ham will make all the difference in this recipe. Look for a ham that is smoked and cured, and has a good amount of marbling.
  • Don't overcook the eggs: The eggs should be cooked through, but still slightly runny in the center. This will give the omelet a tender and fluffy texture.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: A combination of cheeses will give the omelet a more complex flavor. I used cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan, but you can use any cheeses that you like.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: This recipe is a great starting point, but you can add or subtract ingredients to suit your own taste. For example, you could add diced vegetables, cooked bacon, or even a splash of hot sauce.

Conclusion:

Cheesy baked ham omelet squares are a delicious and versatile dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They're easy to make and can be customized to suit your own taste. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give this recipe a try!
