2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
1 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar and butter; mix until crumbly. Press 2-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the milk, egg whites, vanilla and remaining flour. Spoon over prepared crust. 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 (10 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cake mix, butter, 1 egg and pecans. Mix until smooth. It will look like cookie dough.
  • Line a 12x8 glass dish with dough.
  • Bake for 7 minutes or until crust is set, but not browned.
  • Cream the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, vanilla and 1 egg.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.

1 box white cake mix
1/2 c butter, softened
1 large egg
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1 - 8 oz pkg creamed cheese, softened
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
2 tsp orange zest
1 can(s) whole berry cranberry sauce

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
